Our Company Philosophy
We redevelop landmark buildings to create high quality spaces to live or work in. To date, Hiltongrove has led on the redevelopment of five properties in East London and the North of England, including Leyton Old Town Hall, E10 and Hatherley Mews E17 (now known as the Tramworks). The success of these projects went beyond the walls of the buildings themselves, contributing to the regeneration of their neighbourhoods. We love what we do.
Guy Davis, Founder and CEO
Guy’s vision drives Hiltongrove: all our projects start life as a sketch of his on whatever he has to hand. Guy began his career in the music business. He acquired studio space as his audio business expanded and, in 2006, he turned his attention to property development full time. His redevelopment of Hatherley Mews in Walthamstow, and his five year tenure on the Waltham Forest Council Regeneration Board have contributed to the transformative regeneration of Walthamstow, now cited as on of the most fashionable places to live in the UK*.
