Mail will be forwarded to the address of your choice on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on your requirements.

Daily mail forwarding: £200 + VAT PA plus cost of postage x 1.25

Weekly mail forwarding: £50 + VAT PA plus cost of postage x 1.25

Monthly mail forwarding: £20 + VAT PA plus cost of postage x 1.25

Fax forwarding
Faxes scanned and sent to your email address as an attachment.

Price: £10 per month

Telephone answering

Have all incoming calls answered in your company name. Calls to your allocated number are taken in your company name and forwarded to your landline, mobile or international connection.
When you are unavailable to take a call, a message will be taken which can be forwarded to you via e-mail or SMS.

Prices:

Call answering: £25 per month

Call transfer via BT standard rate:

National landline: 7p/min

National mobile: 25p/min

Operator call charge: 75p/min

Message retrieval:

Via email: 10p

Via SMS: 20p

To set up telephone answering all you pay is £117.50
