January 2009
2 - 10 Church Hill, London E17 to be turned into
the Churchill Business Centre opening March 2009. The centre
will offer 30 work units spread over 23,000 sq ft of modernised
office space with 40 car parking spaces. The site is located
within a minutes walk from Walthamstow Central offering tube,

November 2008
Legacy Business Centre West Wing added to current business
centre to offer an additional 16,000 sq ft of office space. EduAction
Ltd is first new tenant for the West Wing taking the whole of
the 1st floor on a 5 year lease.
March 2008
Planning permission granted by the London Borough of Waltham
Forest for the regeneration proposals put forward for the former
Leyton Municipal Offices. These include the 28 unit Legacy Business
Centre, 19 new build flats for Christian Action, a new ground
floor restaurant linking to the Great Hall and 31 refurbished
flats for private sale.
February 2007
Hiltongrove completes the purchase
of the freehold interest in 10 Hatherley Mews, the last remaining
building within the Mews not owned by Hiltongrove. Over the next 3
months the property will be refurbished to bring it in line with
the rest of the E17 Business Centre and will offer over 2000
sq ft of high quality office space with real air conditioning,
wood floors and data cabled throughout.

Hiltongrove Multimedia sold on licence to Sound Performance Ltd.
November 2006
Hiltongrove, in partnership with Lee Valley Estates,
buys the Grade II-listed former Council offices in East London
funded by Anglo Irish Bank. Previously known as the Leyton Municipal
Offices, a £10 million investment programme is drawn up
to provide a business centre, bar & restaurant use in addition
to outstanding new and refurbished residential accommodation.
March 2006
Hiltongrove completes purchase of new purpose-built business
centre on Southgate Rd, London N1 with help of a £7.5million
loan from Deutsche Bank AG. Re-named HiltongroveN1, the new centre
offers 24 units over 2 floors comprising 20,000 sq ft of accommodation.

Hiltongrove Business Space becomes trading name for the property
business of Hiltongrove. £2.5 million restructuring loan
received from Anglo Irish Bank and purchase of 2 -10 Church Hill,
London E17, a 23’000 sq ft building let to HM Government.
March 2000 – November 2003
Major investment and refurbishment works undertaken to transform
Hatherley Mews’19th century buildings into modern 21st
century offices. Number of businesses based within the mews increases
to 30+.

Remaining buildings within Hatherley Mews purchased for expansion
of the Hiltongrove Business Centre. Total floor space increased
to 18’000 sq ft.
June 1997
Three dilapidated buildings in Hatherley Mews, London E17 purchased
to provide more space for the company and renamed The Hiltongrove
Business Centre. Offices not used for Hiltongrove Multimedia
are let to other businesses centred around the Arts.
December 1994
Hiltongrove Ltd incorporated by founder and managing director
Guy Davis. Trading under the name Hiltongrove Multimedia, the
company offers CD mastering and CD manufacturing services with
help of a £10,000 start-up loan from Barclays Bank.
