Bought a set of dilapidated 19th century buildings in a cobbled mews in Walthamstow to create the first Hiltongrove Business Centre.
1997
Built 5 dedicated studios and rented out spare offices.
2000
Purchased the remaining set of buildings within Hatherley Mews and undertook major renovations to increase number of businesses within the Mews to over 30.
2002
Purchase of 2-10 Church Hill, Walthamstow, a property let entirely to HMRC
2006
Purchase of the Hiltongrove N1 Business Centre on the Hackney/Islington border.
2014
Sale of Hatherley Mews Business Centre for £4.7m
2017
Purchase of a Grade II Listed property in Doncaster with consent to convert into 11 apartments.
Purchase of College House, a run-down neglected business centre in the heart of Barrow.
Purchased a dis-used workshop in East Finchley with a view to build 6 luxury homes
2016
Completed phase 1-3 Quant, Walthamstow: 60 Luxury Apartments
2018
Purchase of Salthouse Mills, a 17-acre industrial site in Barrow overlooking Cavendish Dock and the Irish Sea.
2020
Building works commence on the 9 luxury rooftop apartments at The Quant.
2021
East Finchley completed. Church Lane Studios comprised 5 upscale apartments and one cottage which all sold off plan.
