“We started in 1994. We love architecture. We buy buildings. We design stunning apartments. We build and convert buildings to create homes. We create great workspaces.
We own and manage 200+ offices, apartments, houses and retail units. That’s us in a nutshell. . . Did I mention that we love what we do?"
Guy Davis, Founder and Chief Executive
Founder and Chief Executive.
I believe that businesses work best when they are built on passion and enthusiasm.
I have a love of architecture, design, art and music - and one way or another I feel all four are at play in my day-to-day life. It is what drives me and allows me to be in the blessed position of looking forward to going to work.
I started Hiltongrove as a music company with a £10,000 loan from Barclays Bank PLC in 1994 from a back bedroom in Walthamstow, E17, and grew it to a company that now owns and manages 200+ offices, apartments, houses and retail spaces.
I studied Music and Maths at City, University of London.
