The design team includes BFF Architects, Buro Happold, BPTW, CBRE Real Estate, Gleeds, Wilde Consulting, Homes England, Simkins LLP, ThermoHouse, Mattioli Woods and Cumbria University.

Barrow's local stakeholders include, but not limited to, BAE Systems PLC employees/apprentices/contractors, the Royal Navy, new Cumbria University campus students, overseas ship builders and healthcare staff.
