The Old Police Station

The above property, built in 1890s, comprising over 5,000 sq ft internal floorspace and a similar floor area externally, was until 2013, a working Police Station. The adjoining magistrates court had been unused for several years and was lying dormant.

Hiltongrove purchased the building at auction and commenced the redevelopment programme turning the space into high spec residential family homes.
